What are the conditions for the Rental Option?
 

2.  Payments shall be made in 90-day increments (i.e., 3 months at a time).  This shall be referred to as a "Quarterly Payment".  Note:  The term, "month", when used with reference to the Rental Option, refers to a 30-day period, regardless of the actual number of days in any given month.

3.  If a Quarterly Payment is late, then it shall be considered an automatic cancellation of the Rental Agreement, and no further payments are due.

4.  If a Rental Agreement is considered cancelled, then a one-time Administrative Fee of $185 will be due if at any time the Rental Agreement is re-activated.

5.  Being able to send and receive Email is a requirement for the Rental Option.

6.  There exist no refunds on any Rental Fees paid.

7.  Once the Rental Fee is paid, an Access Number shall be emailed to the customer within 3 business days.  It is strongly suggested that the Rental Fee be paid well in advance to ensure uninterrupted service.

8.  The Rental Monthly Fee allows the user to operate our software for that given month.  This Rental Option is not a Rent-to-Own option.  If a customer decides to purchase the software package that is being rented, the price of the program will consist of our Standard Price with no discount applied.

9.  Save money by downloading the full program and video tutorials.  (A Program CD is available for a nominal charge.)

10.  Although the outright purchase of either Cabinet Pro or Door Pro allows installing the software on two computers, the Rental Option allows only one installation.  For each computer after one, an additional rental fee is due.  (The Administrative fee is not charged again for additional computers.)

11.  Either party may cancel the Rental Agreement at any time, such that no further payment is due.  (Payments already made, of course, are non-refundable.)
